hi there today i am going to share with you very healthy crunchy and delicious salad . this is one of my favourite salad recipe. i hope you will like it. ingredients:

boiled beets: 4 
cabbage: 1/2 
carrots: 3 
onion: 1 
boiled potato: 4 
mint leaves: 
green onion: 
dill: 
pickled cucumber: 
boiled red beans: 1 bowl 
salad dressing ingredients: 
salt: 1/2 tsp 
black pepper powder: 1/2 tbsp 
mustard powder: 1/2 tbsp 
olive oil: 2 tbsp 
vinegar: 1 tbsp 
lemon juice: 1 tbsp

 How to make beet salad recipe?

step to follow:

1st of all we will boil potatoes,beetroots,and carrots and remove their skin. 
now cut cabbage in small chunks. 
2: in a mixing bowl add cabbage and 1 shredded carrot and onion finely sliced.



3.Now we will add boiled beans for this salad recipe i am going to add home made boiled red beans if you want you can add canned beans. 

how to prepare boiled beans at home?
add water in a large saucepan and add beans soaked in water  overnight . now cook on medium flame until first boil and put flame on slow and cover pan with lid and cook beans until beans cooked completely this will take about  45 minutes.you can also add salt or flavour.
4. now add boiled beans into salad bowl



5. Now add boiled and chopped potatoes and 2 boiled carrots.



6.Now add boiled beets pickled cucumber and green onion , dill leaves and mints leaves  .


how to make salad dressing?

in a small bowl add salt,black pepper,mustard powder,olive oil,vinegar and lemon juice and combine well now pour it over salad .
