Very Tasty Mix Vegetable Recipe Simple

   Easy mixed vegetable curry recipe 

today I am sharing with you my very special mix veg recipe Pakistani style . mix veg very delicious and healthy and easy to make recipe with variety of vegetables. usually we eat with roti and mix salad this is very nutritious and vegan recipe. i prefer to make.with fresh vegetables but you can also use frozen vegetables. so let's start our recipe.

 One Pot Mix Veg Recipe   

 ingredients:

cauliflower: 1
potato: 3 small
peas: 1cup
oil: 4 tbsp
onion: 2 small
tomato: 3
ginger paste: 1 tbsp
garlic paste: 1 tbsp
green chilies: 4 to 5
coriander leaves:
salt: according to taste
red chili powder: 2 tsp
turmeric: 1/2 tsp
coriander powder:
black pepper:
garam masala:



instruction:

1. heat oil in saucepan and fry onion until light brown now add ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown then add red chili powder and turmeric, coriander powder cook for while and add chopped tomatoes now add salt and some water cook on medium flame.add chopped green chili and some coriander leaves.
2. now add chopped potatoes, cauliflower and peas mix well and put flame on slow heat.



3. cook for about 15 minutes we will not add water into vegetable . we will cook vegetable with their own water.
4. after 15 minutes vegetables release water . now check if vegetables are cooked properly than cook on hi to medium flame until water dries out.if vegetables not cooked yet than leave it for another couple of minutes on low flame until vegetables cooked properly.
5. now add some green chilies if you like if you don't like you can skip this step.
6. add some black pepper powder and green coriander leaves.
7. at the end add garam masala
