HEALTHY CHICKEN AND APPLE SALAD

Hi there today i am going to share with you very tasty and healthy salad recipe. this is low carb salad which is loaded with good nutrition, protein from chicken, avocado loaded with healthy monounsaturated fat, fibre from the apple and cucumber high in nutrients.this is quick and easy salad recipe perfect for weight loss.

ingredients:

Chicken breast: 1 piece
salt: to taste
black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
ginger powder: 1/4 teaspoon
garlic powder: 1/4 1 tsp
lemon: one
oil: 2 tbsp
iceberg lettuce:
cucumber:
onion:
corn:
Apple:
avocado:

     Vinaigrette:

olive oil: 3 tbsp
dijon mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
vinegar: 2 tablespoons
salt: to taste
black pepper:
Honey: 1 tbsp

Directions:

STEP :1

marinate chicken breast with black pepper,garlic powder,ginger powder,salt and lemon juice.leave it for some time meanwhile prepare salad for the recipe.


2: cut iceberg,onion,and cucumber,avocado,apple. 
3: now heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and add marinated chicken breast and cook on on medium to high flame until beautiful golden brown.


4:now set iceberg on platter and spread all vegetables and chicken cut into pieces and assemble.


STEP:2

Now prepare vinaigrette for salad. 
1: pour olive oil in small bowl and add mustard paste,apple cider vinegar,salt,black pepper,and honey and mix well.now put dressing on salad delicious salad ready for eat .you can eat this salad hot  or cold as per your taste hope you will like this recipe.
