ingredients:
boiled eggs: 3
mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
salt: as required
black pepper: 1/8 tsp
dill:
bread: 2 slice
Directions:
1: let the boil eggs boiled 10 minutes and peel. now chop 2 eggs and put into a bowl.
2: now add mayonnaise, black pepper,salt and mix well .
3: now sprinkle some dill leaves for better taste .
4: now take bread slices and remove edges and apply mayonnaise.
5: now place boil egg cut into 2 pieces and spread the egg mixture to the bread and cover it up with other bread .
6:now cut bread in 3 pieces. healthy egg salad sandwich is ready to eat.you can enjoy this sandwich with tea coffee or green tea.
