healthy banana waffle and pancake recipe
Banana and coconut Waffles are filled with fresh banana puree and coconut for a naturally sweet flavor. This kid-friendly breakfast whips up in only 15 minutes.
this is very tasty recipe. if you do not have a waffle maker you can also make this recipe on pan
ingredients:
eggs: 2
vanilla sugar : 1tsp
baking powder 1 tbsp
banana : 4
flour: 1/2 cup
butter 4 tbsp
sugar 4 tbsp
coconut: 4 tbsp
milk 4 tbsp
this is Belgian famous street food
DIRECTIONS:
1.preheating waffle iron
2.take four bananas and pour into a bowl now add 2 eggs , sugar, vanilla sugar and milk
now mix well with mixer .
now add coconut , flour, and baking powder and mix well .
now add butter and mix well.
if you have not waffle maker you can cook on pan like pancakes which i already showed in my video recipe.
pour batter onto greased waffle maker and cook until golden brown . serve warm
waffle toppings:
the banana waffles are extremely delicious and can easily be eaten as it is . but you can also enjoy with ice-cream and some dry nuts strawberries and chocolate syrup. hope you will enjoy this recipe.
