how to make delicious almond cookies Ingredients

80 g butter
4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, some vanilla sugar
Cake flour as required
baking powder 1 tbsp

Almond Cookies are  buttery, soft and chewy. these cookies are quick and easy to make. 

pour butter and oil into a bowl and add powdered sugar and mix well with hand mixer now pour 1 egg and mix well. mix vanilla sugar and now add flour as you require and baking powder and make soft dough . for good result leave this dough for 15 minutes at room temperature.

now roll dough with rolling pin and make cookies shapes with cookie cutter.

bake at 200 C for 25 minutes
