The chicken version of the popular kabab recipe that is said to have originated in Pakistan and Afghanistan, chicken chapli kabab is an easy-to-make and delicious pan-fried kabab that can be ready in a few minutes this is our very special recipe which i am going to share with you.

Chicken Chapli Kabab Recipe

ingredients:

Boneless chicken 500 grams
One large onion green chilies
Salt 1 tsp or as required
A spoonful of crushed red chili flakes
all spice powder one spoon
dry coriander powder 1 tbsp
A quarter of a tablespoon of ajwain seeds
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste
Green coriander
Two eggs
Corn flour 4 tbsp

COOKING METHOD :

step : 1

in a chopper add boneless chicken ,onion, green chilies , and mix well .

step: 2

now transfer this minced chicken into a bowl and add salt, red chili flakes, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, carom seeds, ginger, garlic paste, fresh coriander leaves, corn flour, 2 egg yolks, 2 egg white fried into 2 tbsp oil , and mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.

now make kabab and fry into oil you can also shallow fry if you want .
